महाराष्ट्र में Leave & License Agreement का खर्च कितना आता है?

महाराष्ट्र में Leave & License Agreement का कुल खर्च एक fixed amount नहीं होता। यह मुख्य रूप से agreement की अवधि, monthly rent/licence fee, refundable security deposit और अन्य applicable terms पर निर्भर करता है।

मुख्य खर्च

1. Stamp Duty — महाराष्ट्र Stamp Act के Article 36A के अनुसार, 60 महीने तक के Leave & License Agreement के लिए stamp duty 0.25% की statutory calculation पर आधारित है। इसमें agreement की कुल licence fees/rent, applicable non-refundable deposit/premium और refundable security deposit पर 10% प्रति वर्ष की दर से calculated interest component शामिल होता है। (India Code)

2. Registration Fee — यह stamp duty से अलग government charge है और applicable registration rules के अनुसार निर्धारित होता है।

3. Private Service/Assistance Charge — यदि आप किसी private service provider से agreement preparation, document assistance, biometric या doorstep assistance लेते हैं, तो उसकी fee अलग हो सकती है।

उदाहरण

मान लीजिए:

• Monthly rent: ₹15,000

• Agreement: 11 महीने

• Refundable deposit: ₹50,000

• Non-refundable deposit: ₹0

तो stamp-duty calculation agreement की इन financial details के आधार पर होगी। सिर्फ ₹15,000 rent देखकर final government charge नहीं बताया जा सकता।
